Architecture
Located on the Rilán peninsula, the project, commissioned by its owners to architect Edward Rojas, a reference in architecture for his extensive career that rescues and values the heritage of Chiloe, integrates, and preserves the beautiful elevations of different heights and native trees, including luma, Coigue, Olivillo, Arrayan, Canelo, Avellano, and Tepu. from the place, there is an almost untouched view of Dalcahue channel and Quinchao island.
The design establishes a dialogue between its architecture and the surroundings. the building’s roofs and covered parking are conceived as innovation and contribution to traditional architecture, as they are vegetated. the terrace, corresponding to the roof of the central volume of the hotel, allows living the landscape, as well as the birdlife of the place in an expectant situation, but above all, with respect and preservation of its habitat.
