The event was attended by the minister of economy, development, and tourism, Luis Felipe Céspedes, and the president of the republic, Michelle Bachelet, who presented the award to Arturo Pérez Mandiola, general manager of Parque Quilquico hotel. this award is a recognition of the work carried out by the Parque Quilquico hotel team in providing a first-class service while respecting the environment and cultural heritage of Chiloé.
